I have to move a whole database (call it database A)from one server to another!!! I have full_database export.dmp-file.
I created a new default database (created it with server-cd), call it database B) and then startet imp_full_database.
There is no data from database A in database B (just the system-data) all the data from the users and tablespaces in database A are not imported in database B. Do I have to create the Database B just exactly the same as database A ??? Or what can I do to move all the database and its data from one place to another or how do I "copy" a whole database that it really works at the new destiny???
Any help for me? Thanks very much!!
